Heather has been involved with kettlebells since
September 2009.
After a month of kettlebell workouts, she was not only completely in love with kettlebells, she was getting great results. As a Personal Trainer at a gym that did not have kettlebells, she suddenly felt like a hypocrite. So, she quit! She got her Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification (HKC) and started teaching kettlebells to home clients.
Today, Heather holds the prestigious RKC certification, widely recognized as the gold standard in kettlebell instruction. Now teaching solely at PowerHour, Heather is happy to be able to share the joy of kettlebells with so many people. Some personal records: Military Press: 44 lb. bell; Pistol: 35 lb. bell; 5 dead hang pull-ups.
Aside from kettlebells, Heather enjoys snowboarding, reading and spending time with friends. She has a bachelors degree in Interactive Multimedia from Oklahoma Christian University, where she also played soccer. Professionally, she is a Video Editor and works on a variety of projects. She is 31 years old and originally from Dallas, TX.
