I was skeptical how swinging an iron kettlebell was going to help me lose a bunch of extra weight. Two months and 21 lbs later, now I see how. Spending hours at the gym doing cardio and lifting bored me to death. I attend PowerHour bootcamps consistently three times a week and that's all I need. In addition to losing weight, I've added lean muscle and feel much stronger. The instructors are professionals that seem to always remember everyone's name. They know they're stuff and what impresses me most is how they always focus on form and safety. I highly recommend giving it a shot!
